• IYL Academy Enrollment: enrollment details you provide when registering for courses.

Payment information. Land Collective membership payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, store, or transmit your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data. Stripe handles all payment processing in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy. We may receive limited transaction confirmation data (such as billing status) from Stripe to manage your membership.

Automatic information. Like most websites, we may automatically collect certain technical data when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries, applications, and partnership requests.
• Process Land Collective memberships and manage recurring billing.
• Deliver Academy course materials and program communications to enrolled participants.
