Dr. Jameelah "Just Jay" Wilkerson is a dedicated business leader with a focus on empowering companies of all sizes to achieve growth and success. She emphasizes strong character and values as the foundation of all relationships. In recognition of her contributions, Dr. Wilkerson received a Doctor Honoris Causa from Logos University International in 2019, along with The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joseph R. Biden. Additional accolades include proclamations from New York and Atlanta, and a Hip Hop Legends award during the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop. As a serial entrepreneur, Dr. Wilkerson has established ownership in multiple businesses, displaying expertise in networking and marketing. She is the founder of The Hype Magazine and Raynbow Affair Magazine, both of which have gained national recognition, with The Hype Magazine evolving from a one-page newsletter in 2002 to a leading print media outlet today. In addition to her media ventures, Dr. Wilkerson is a certified business coach, marketing consultant, and author of two books: How To Get Maximum Results In Minimum Time and Ignite Your Lyfe. Through her company, Imjustjay.com, she provides tailored marketing and business strategies, helping clients reach their objectives through personalized solutions, networking, and business coaching.

Currently, Hans manages three Global ISV partners at Google, leading initiatives that generate millions in net new revenue through strategic partnerships. With over 25 years of experience in direct and channel sales leadership, Hans has held pivotal roles at leading organizations such as Google, Verizon, AT&T, Checkpoint, and HPE. His expertise spans both technical and sales domains, enabling him to successfully navigate complex business landscapes. In addition to his work in technology, Hans is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and New Jersey. He actively advises investors on residential and commercial real estate projects, blending his business acumen with a passion for real estate development.

Jenn Cadiz is an executive with over three decades of leadership experience in global partnerships, strategic alliances, and go-to-market strategies. She has a proven track record of delivering results by fostering strong C-level relationships, driving partner loyalty, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. With expertise in partner onboarding, training, and launching successful go-to-market campaigns, Jenn brings a deep understanding of event strategy, market analysis, and performance optimization. She’s worked in, and supported, Fortune 500 companies, as well as, startups, having created and launched national programs for mobility, K12 and Higher Ed and developed strategic partnerships that resulted in multi-million dollar projects and revenue. Jenn’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making has been instrumental in leading organizations to sustained growth and success. Additionally, Jenn also strongly believes in fostering strong community outreach, working with nonprofits and volunteers with young women in tech on her experiences and has provided career and industry advice and mentorship to high schoolers and college applicants.

As a co-founder of Maverick Global Distribution, a fast-growing music distribution company, he continues to leverage his extensive expertise to drive innovation and growth in the industry.
